General We got thru the cue to cue. Thank you EVERYONE, for your patience and good humor, I know that a cue to cue with a lot of holds is difficult, and you were stellar today, I can't thank you enough! The work we did today was just great, and while we still may have some holds tomorrow things will just keep getting better!
A couple of things I know we will stop to work. Dressing Room scene change, and actor entrance and exits. Getting preset for money. We'll prolyl chat thru the stairs, (before run)

Set Black curtain has some tears, needs sewn Attach trash can to vanity with light bulbs Hang the phone please Add a milk crate under bar for props please The stairs need: hand holds cut in luan, will put tape where. Need to all be one unit so they don't catch on each other. I *believe it is the unevenness of the stage floor, but it is causing the stairs to be uneven the first stair unit on stage right where the "gap" is, is quite a bit higher than the next unit, and could be a trip hazard. Batten 9 weight??? Swapping 3 & 8, but won't happen until Monday |

Sounds/Lights/Special FX Need a train whistle sfx and a train pulling away sfx LIGHTS- Can there be blue when batten one is down the second time during the big 42nd street number? (for people to get off the stairs?) Thanks so much! |

Actors You guys rule! Thank you for your patience, you are rock stars! Please help label costumes as you can, I need your help! Please try them on only AFTER they have labels. NO SHOES ON THE FLOOR please!!! This is for your safety AND the safety and findability of your shoes! No the man with one red shoe!!! Please don't try to find "YOUR" dime, they are all the same. Just grab one and go, you don't need to have the same one every time, and we have extra, it will be better for clean up, and again safety, to just grab and go, and give to crew and go. Ball ladies, can you try if you have the time, to make sure you palm the upc symbol on the balls, they can be seen in the balcony, and the best option is to not have to paint them. For the health of your mic elements, please peel the tape off of them, then take off, this will prolong the life of your mic! And let your beautimous voice be heard!!! Top stair peeps, please be careful of the batten behind you, it has glass bulbs, that we would like not in your body! |
Crew Crew: tomorrow, we'll need to prep the stage, prep the set and props, set the tech tables out (including one with a light for the SM), we should also put up the shoe racks, and label stuff. We'll need to put the cyc back on batten 8 also. Dressers, IF you CAN, please come to the run in the afternoon to get a jump on what you might need to do for the evening run. Crew is called from here on out. Call is 6:30, except for sat and Sunday, I know that is hard to make during the week, do the best you can. Sunday, August 21 all crew Crew call is 12:30 Dressers at 6:30 UNLESS you could come at one, if you can it would be super awesome fantastic. We will need (not the towel ones) laundry baskets for quick change items backstage, and for dames we will need two ball sacks. |
