General Act one an hour and eleven minutes, Act two 53 minutes Great run thru everyone, I know there were some bobbles, but it went well, thanks crew for helping with all of the set, and thanks Chris for doing the battens.

Set Black curtain has some tears, needs sewn Attach trash can to vanity with light bulbs Hang the phone please Add a milk crate under bar for props please The stairs need: hand holds cut in luan, will put tape where. Need to all be one unit so they don't catch on each other. I *believe it is the unevenness of the stage floor, but it is causing the stairs to be uneven the first stair unit on stage right where the "gap" is, is quite a bit higher than the next unit, and could be a trip hazard. |
Props Can two of the prop scripts be in a period binder? Jessie put the table cloth on the table Rebecca, can we get some white hand towels, a coffee cup and saucer and a tray or something to put in for the "errand boy" to hand out during the 36 hour rehearsal montage? |

Actors Great job all! Make sure you have snacks, and provisions for tomorrow, twill be long! Ron and I got some shoe organizers, there will be room for 36 pairs of shoes on both sides of the stage, when you have down time, lable some space for shoes, NO shoes may be on the ground from here on out. It's dangerous, and we could kick them and then you won't find it. |
Crew Crew: tomorrow, we'll need to prep the stage, prep the set and props, set the tech tables out (including one with a light for the SM), we should also put up the shoe racks, and label stuff. We'll need to put the cyc back on batten 8 also.
Crew is called from here on out. Call is 6:30, except for sat and Sunday, I know that is hard to make during the week, do the best you can. Saturday, August 20 spots and stage crew, spots, no dressers Crew call is 12:30 Sunday, August 21 all crew Crew call is 12:30 Dressers at 6:30 We will need (not the towel ones) laundry baskets for quick change items backstage, and for dames we will need two ball sacks. |
