General Worked some scenes, then ran act two got to run the "real" 42nd street twice with stairs. Thank you for helping, Erik, Ethen, Justin, Sean, Rick and Jacob.

Set Black curtain has some tears, needs sewn Attach trash can to vanity with light bulbs Hang the phone please Add a milk crate under bar for props please The stairs need: hand holds cut in luan, will put tape where. Need to all be one unit so they don't catch on each other. I *believe it is the unevenness of the stage floor, but it is causing the stairs to be uneven the first stair unit on stage right where the "gap" is, is quite a bit higher than the next unit, and could be a trip hazard. |
Props Can two of the prop scripts be in a period binder? Jessie put the table cloth on the table Rebecca, can we get some white hand towels, a coffee cup and saucer and a tray or something to put in for the "errand boy" to hand out during the 36 hour rehearsal montage? |

Costumes- Craig, we are missing some of our 30's wigs, do you know where they may be? Can you help me get the piano out of the theatre before noon tomorrow? |

Actors I know that the move to the theatre is a tough transition, and we all lose our minds just a little, do what you can to be focused. You are doing a great job folks! Thank you so much for your work! If you can't pick up on Sunday, let me know, and I will pick up for you! If you didn't set the dime there, don't take it! Crew Crew is called from here on out. Call is 6:30, except for sat and Sunday, I know that is hard to make during the week, do the best you can. Saturday, August 20 spots and stage crew, spots, no dressers Crew call is 12:30 Sunday, August 21 all crew Crew call is 12:30 Dressers at 6:30 We will need (not the towel ones) laundry baskets for quick change items backstage, and for dames we will need two ball sacks. |
